On the hardware side, the KontaktGrid*, a bus system consisting of cables and connectors specifically designed for textiles, forms the basis for power supply, connectivity, and the mechanical attachment of the functional modules. The functional modules integrated into the clothing cover the technology areas of sensors (accelerometers, magnetometers, thermometers, hygrometers, lux meters), actuators, lighting, heating, haptics, and batteries. On the software side, neural networks\/AI are used.
